Lineups have been loaded - Cleveland and Quebec can now set their lines by using their normal passwords for their respective conferences.

What we will be able to do next year is to have one team from each division selected. This would allow the Best Division All Star team to play the Worst Division All Star Team (by division points). The other two divisions will play one another as well and the winners could face off in a 2nd game to determine which division wins the All Star Games(s). The losers could also play a consolation game.

Jim / JP / Quebec has three different speeds: Slow, late and never. We usually get 'slow' in most things but this one seems like a true 'late' is happening. Look for Sunday morning or afternoon.

What's with the SNUB .... Bergeron is 7th in the conference in scoring and has won the most face offs in the league .... Whatever excuse u will give will not make any sense

Iginla is your leading scorer, probably because of Bergeron, but I'm sure it's tough to select these teams, he could only select 4 centers from the entire conference. Johansen is about the only player from Ottawa who deserves to go so that takes one center right away...

Scott I did notice that but he deserves to be on the team ... Pavelski is the only other center having a better year Foligno is a winger don't see how Nash .....from Quebec hhhhmmm made it and Bergeron didn't

Patty B is indeed worthy but there's 3-4 centers that are better oaf-fence ivly. He is suffering that log jam as well as iginla being on fire.

I really don't believe its necessary to justify any of the All-Star selections. However, for the benefit of those who feel slighted, I offer the following reminders: 1) The Campbell Conference has 16 teams, each of whom must have a representative. Therefore, it seemed prudent to select the required player from each of those teams that was most deserving, regardless of position. 2) The Campbell Conference has 16 teams. If one does the math, that provides for only four "at-large" selections. 3) Each team must have 12 forwards, 6 Defensemen and 2 Goaltenders. Priority was given to item 1) above. 4) Players were selected based on their current performance YTD in the GHL, not the NHL or the ratings on player cards. Hence, we have Foligno for PHA, rather than Stamkos. Who would you rather have for real? And whose to say that Foligno is the leading scorer because of Palat's passing ability or Kucherov? 5) An attempt was made to to pick forwards at their natural positions. Twelve Centers would be nice, but not very realistic. That makes versatile players rated to play the wings like Nash (best +/-), and Foligno (Leading Goal-scorer/Leading Scorer) quite valuable, especially on a 20-man roster. 6) Injured players were not considered. Hornqvist was the leading goal-scored before he was injured two weeks ago, and his injury ends today. He has also been "snubbed."
For those who are in total disbelief of Nash's inclusion on the roster, please refer to points 1-6 above, and remember that even the team with the most points at the break has to have a representative or two. (Never mind that he also was a 1st overall selection in the NHL entry draft and has 730 points in 907 NHL games, most of which were with the lowly Columbus Blue Jackets. He has also tallied 244 goals and 180 assists, including 50 GWG for Quebec in his GHL career). Case closed.
