This might not be the place for it, but when do guys that are in the 'On Books, No Card' section with contracts ending in 2016 stop counting against the cap? Before RFA, I assume?

Anyone who is showing as having their contract end in 2016 will not be hitting your books. These guys are displayed in case a GM wanted ti retain a guy like this who may have played overseas all of last year

Actually what you need is a detailed understanding of structured query language (MS SQL specifically in this instance) ASP.NET and vb scripting as well as the primary keys and logic that tie all of the tables together
