You bet! I don't think there will be much drama regarding picking the coaches this year but we need to set a date to use to determine conference leaders (coaches). When is the ASG this year?

No drama whatsoever, Owen and I are the only obvious choices to coach the all-star teams.

This seems to sneak up on us every year. Our game will be Sunday.
OK, Alaska and Boston are the chosen ones to pick the teams. If you cannot, or do not wish to, let me know and the runner up from your conference will be selected.
In order to have a equal tilt, I would suggest that both team captains either pick on best cards (the easiest and less 'gaming the system') or by merit. Last year we has the PoW pick on card and the Campbell pick on merit which doesn't present an even playing field.
20 man roster, 1 player minimum from each team. Please post them im here with the following format
6554,Stamkos
where the playerID and the last name are separated by a comma.
Don't worry about lines just get 12 forwards, 6 dmen and 2 goalies. You will be setting the lines once I get the 20 players per team.
If you are not sure on how to find the thnid you can either right click on the players picture on their playercard and select view image. This will show you their ID at the end. Or you can go to the team page and hovere the mouse over their pro stats or FHL Card link.
+5 F-Points for all members of the winning conference.

With Boston holding down 1st in the league, I'll comply with whichever way Chris wants to go

I've always felt these should be selected on merit, not card value. All stars should be rewarded for the season they are having by being selected. Just one man's opinion.

I agree 100% Scott. I just want there to be an even playing field.

I totally think it should be merit based, just like it is in the NHL. It gives recognition for guys that are having a good season and provides some fun in assembling the roster.

It would be cool if the player cards had a section for accolades, so we could see how many all star teams a guy made, individual awards and even cup wins.
