Souray didn't announce his retirement until June 30. If I had a vote I would say you should be able to drop him free of charge (because he didn't announce it until after the season) but I'm not sure what the exact policy is. |

According to thn, Souray didn't officially announce his retirement until July 2nd. He sent out a tweet on June 30th but the transaction reads July 2nd. Since we base our transaction dates on July 1, I think he should be able to be dropped for free... |
