It's that time of the season again for the league treasurer to make his appointed rounds. With that in mind, I am asking that folks donate $25 for their league fees this year. This will help offset some increased costs associated with our web hosting provider and add some additional coins in the coffer to purchase some software tools to improve and enhance your experience interacting with the website and the yet to be completed GVR (The application formerly known as FVR) program. If you are going to be participating this year, please forward $25 to my Pay Pal account which is gbobb@comcast.net.
I would like to have all of the dues collected by the week prior to the draft (I am thinking that the draft will officially start on Friday 7/24 with early picks starting 1 week prior) so I am putting a date of Sunday 7/12 out there as the date I would like to have the annual accounting squared away by. I want to get this completed as early as possible so we can identify available franchises and hopefully fill some, if not all of them, prior to the draft. This is especially important for the new owners as it will serve to lock your selected franchise on a first come first serve basis into place. For those who aren't comfortable using PayPal or don't have a pay pal account, you can email me at commish-fhl@comcast.net and I will provide you with my home address to mail a check to.
I will be forwarding this out via email as well to hit all of the people that might not visit the site as often as some others.

For those who have already sent their dues in, thanks. This goes doubly so for Chris-Boston who for a second year in a row ponied up even though he was exempt due to his cup win.
Reminder, I would like to get any stragglers who are participating squared away by tomorrow (Sunday). A handful of people have made arrangements to send checks and some of these have arrived as well.
I want to have a firm grasp on the available teams as soon as possible so we can pitch them to our hockey friends and on some of the hockey boards.
