Maybe Team Speak has some people flumoxed....
Anyone use Skype ? I do , and it's easy / crystal clear.
Not sure if it has a conference mode but it DOES have the ability to SHARE documents and drop and drag items from one user's desk top to another.....VERY handy.
Perhaps this could be a possible draft venue, but even more exciting, would be for it to host the graphics / data for a live-game.
Some thoughts....well...more thoughts.

I did take a look at Skype but it looks as if having the ability to have multiple people connect (conference style) and sharing the desktop are all part of the "deluxe" AKA non-free package. The FHLDVR is one step closer to my ultimate vision of giving coaches the ability to meet head to head online and play a game in 30-45 mins. These games would also be able to be viewed later via the FHLDVR program or watched live as they played out.
