Contract Fix Thread - Please Check Your Players

Please see the table below. This is in regards to players contract lengths taking into deferred years when they shouldn't have and identifying the player that would be impacted by the correction.
What happens is because we defer players who were drafted until they play a certain number of games this deferment is meant to be applied only to the players first contract. The code was applying the deferment to all contracts so the change was to set this to only impact the players first contract as originally desired.
If you see anything that looks odd let me know. Otherwise, I will implement the change after a week or so if no one sees any additional issues.
The EndYrOld is the current incorrect year and the EndYrNew is the corrected version which hasn't yet been promoted to the website.
