There was been a minor tweak to the alignment of the conferences due to Ottawa moving to Seattle and Calgary coming into the league as an expansion team.
Ottawa/Seattle has moved from the Smythe division in the Eastern conference to the Patrick in the West.
Calgary has been placed in the Patrick division in the West
Washington has stayed in the West but moved from the Patrick to the Adams division.
