Glenn, I have a few players whom had NHL games played/NHL stats, but they have either AHLID or ProsID
Jake DeBrusk - AHL player 6494 Kurtis MacDermid - AHL player 5589 Tage Thompson - AHL player 6623
Zane McIntyre - NHL HockeyNews ID 7802 Thatcher Demko - AHL player 6502
McIntyre and Demko have yet to get into game action, so that is most likely reason for them not hitting the NHL Stats section of team pages.

Chris, yes this is a known limitation of the page. Because the page is pulling from the Hockey News site and uses the playerID to match to the GHL these players do not match/show because the AHLID is not on the hockey news ite. If I had the time I could add some coding to show these players but the effort outweighs the benefits now as the current solution does get 99%+ of players.

Or, we could just pull the stats from the hockey news site but then you'd only get players that are currently owned by NHL teams and not every AHL player

I do pull all of the stats from the hockey news site. The problem isn't that these players who aren't showing up are not having their stats pulled, it's the linking of these players to the teams via their contracts. The players not showing up have an AHLID (starts with 'A') and is different then the hockey news ID.
On another note, you didn't have a flat tire last night on a van did you Scott? OI had a crazy dream that I was at your place and you found you had a flat tire at 10:00 at night and had to fix it right away because you needed to go to work the following morning.

Oh, I thought they had their stats pulled from different sources. I understand the different ID's and why those players don't show on our stats page. Is there a way to link the contracts from the hockey news?

That woudln't fix the issue however there is a way to fix it (by creating some views that join by players name) but it would probably take me 2-3 hours to implement. For the small gain in seeing those <1% of players, it is not worth my time.
It will correct itself (for those guys) next year when they graduate to a THN ID.
