In retrospect its the highest off rated player when the players wind is considered as well. Meaning if the top talent is gassed after completing a recent long shift the 2nd or 3rd best player who is fresh/fresher will be used.

Glenn, you still have to reset the goalie stamina before tomorrow night's game.

One more thing for the laundry list: test drive the changes to engine with old timers?

Yes and yes. 63-64 OT season started last night. I ran about 100 games and the home team winning percentage is 52% will run some more to validate.

Was Milwaukee one of the auto-lineup aficionados?

I checked Halifax and noted that Ian hasn't even selected his GHL/minor league roster yet. He is the true GHL mad scientist.

I have added code to capture and log the blown call/phantom call/borderline call penalties. This will eventually show up on the game page in a section similar to the hit posts. Who was the offender, who was the victim, what period, what elapsed time and where the penalty happened on the ice will be displayed. I am not sure this will be there for game one (viewing on the game page by tomorrow night) but once implemented, it will show for all the games this season no matter when they were played.

Ian goes on extended hiatus...always has. He has no excuse other than lack of hands on this year doe. Peep his roster and tell me if there is a better team. There is not.
On
Paper
of course...

Ian has always had great teams in the past on paper but paper doesn’t win the cup

Congrats to Cleveland for successfully kicking off the 18-19 season and to having plenty of brother "bitch-slap" juice in the tank to handle business last night.

I'm not sure if I missed this or not...but what is the status of Edmonton and Chicago? Are these teams under active ownership, being run by interim owners, on auto-pilot?

I'm not sure if I missed this or not...but what is the status of Edmonton and Chicago? Are these teams under active ownership, being run by interim owners, on auto-pilot? No change. Both teams paid in full, participated in the draft, identified minor league players to keep/release and then fell off the face of the earth. They each have the password for the team and the teams will run on auto pilot until such time as they make a change. Heym they are 1-0 after 2 days worth of games. Can't get any better than that.
