Hmmm, NOT that I place a lot of trust in this projection, however, I have noticed a slide. Suffolk and Seattle have slid from the top recently. Seattle was Projected #1, Suffolk #2. So, why the move? NY #1?
Why the movement? Cap room?

The calculations are still using the actual NHL stats from last year and not the player cards that were generated because of those stats. Other factors include cap space and draft picks. I am guessing that the change could have included some of the draft picks that Scotty had acquired.
