I have a Question on Referee's...
When a Referee is assigned to our game, are the SKILLS-PENS-HOMER ratings ONLY for the Home Team? Or, do both teams benefit from those attributes?
Cause, I'm not seeing the calls going both ways lately...

The Homer rating is used to see if he is more likely to favor the home team with calls. + means they are more apt to call penalties on the visiting team.
The Skill rating relates to how accurate the ref is in seeing and correctly calling penalties.
The Pen rating reflects whether a referee calls less penalties than average (-) or more (+)
