I have a general inquiry regarding the UFA asking prices...
Just wondering about the determination of those prices...
Whereas:
Tyler Bertuzzi asking 3.74M, is 28 years old, 6 Fortitude, 5 Stamina, 77-33-68 Player Card
Evan Bouchard asking 2.1, is 23 years old, 10 Fortitude, 6 Stamina, 68-79-78 Player Card
Something seems off, IMO.
PS: I have been wrong before.

When compared in this way, seems way off for sure. The top tier D men were asking way too much in the early runs. Ny comparison, however, a 6 stamina defenseman is 3rd pairing at best in the NHL while a 5 stamina forward is getting 2nd line minutes

Are we saying that the difference between 1 Stamina Point is 1+ Million?
Are we also saying the card values are not affecting asking price?

From what I understand Bertuzzi's UFA asking price includes the bump in cost for retaining using FPs, while Bouchard being an RFA, doesn't have that additional cost.

While that is true, Bertuzzi would still be at 3.4 million without the bump. I would still think the card value and stamina would have Bouchard higher than Bertuzzi as Chris points out

Right Jed, I meant to compare Dumoulin!
7 Stamina, 10 Fortitude asking 3.85
