Suffolk is still interested in acquiring a 2nd Rd Pk or two...even an early 3rd Rd Pk.
Have 2024 2nd Rd Pk to offer....Can also take your Cap Hit for an early 3rd Rd Pk.
If you're considering these options, open up dialogue asap...Suffolk doesn't allow paint to dry!
