So does this mean all our cap numbers shown on the team pages are currently accurate?

So does this mean all our cap numbers shown on the team pages are currently accurate? The main issue that I have found is that some teams have players that are still hitting their cap for full amounts when in some cases they can be dropped freely or retained for 100k or in other cases dropped with penalty.

Mike, I am exploring something now as to why your roster totals are 73.6 but cap is saying that your totals are about 4M lower. Will post findings here.

Ian, same deal applys for your guy. What do you want to do with him? I will retain Koskinen for 100k. Does this mean my roster total should go down to 44 players and I will gain $485k in cap?

Thanks Glenn, I'm holding off on making any more bids until I find out how much cap I have left.

Nice catch IAN. Very happy how guys step up and help Glenn out when a issue is noticed.
Not happy with my new cap space. Could of offered more to a guy like Gerbe if I would of known.
All being said:
Frolov will be cut....

Thanks Glenn, I'm holding off on making any more bids until I find out how much cap I have left. Cap space query has been modified. The players that were not counting against the cap for you Mike were Tanguay and Gomez (both waived by prior teams this year). The query just checked the table to see if they were waived and if they were, excluded their salary from the cap. I have added logic to check waiving team and current team as well.

I will retain Dadonov if I am able to maintain his RFA rights after is contract is up in 2015. I am not sure what the rules are that pertain to that situation. If the league's guidelines show that I will lose his rights, I will let him go.
