As stated last week I was going to be forming a committee of 3 to review potential compliance/disciplinary activities. The committee is made up of three owners:
Scott-New York
Brian-Cleveland
Matt-Colorado
In their first action they have decided that a 5 Franchise Point penalty will be accessed to Phil-Cornwall for the Detroit Cornwall trade/no trade fiasco that went down last week.
