The Blazers announced they will be releasing Pascal Dupuis without penalty, to complete the process, as soon as legal. Zach Boychuk played for Sibir Novosibirsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) in Russia--the Blazers may retain for 100K, correct? Roman Will played for HC Bílí Tygři Liberec of the Czech Extraliga (ELH) and may be retained for 100K? Actually Dupuis's case will need to be examined. If he did not play in Europe, or miss all games due to an injury, he is not eligible to be waived for free. Retired <> Injured or Overseas. |
