What is the criteria and perimeters of a GHL Prospect?

From the Rule Book "Player return to juniors and he was drafted (meaning he is a prospect). One year gets added to his contract term and his salary is deferred until he starts hitting your books. Correct. Also game played in the ECHL don't count either.
