Some players don’t have accurate season stats, as if a game or so is missing from their total. I’ve got at least one example both in Hartford (Cody Ceci) and Chicago (Kiefer Sherwood) where the season totals are off.

I'm still missing Will Borgen stats...he doesn't have a good link from the team roster page either. Gets a 404 Error Code

I just checked the source web page ( sportsforecaster.com/nhl/stats) and it does show him as having played 4 games as opposed to the 3 on our stats page. My guess is that they updated the source page sometime after 6:45 this AM (when the stat file was queried to load our tables). If this is the case, he should show correctly tomorrow unless of course the site is late to load any date for any Edmonton game to be played tonight.

Can you use this link from SportsForecaster? sportsforecaster.com/nhl/p/517094/Will_Borgen

I see that might be the case with some of these guys, but the Sherwood game is from the very start of the season, so it should have been showing days ago by now. I'm also noticing a difference in TOI compared to what I use for my own tracking in at one players' case, even though the GP is correct (Nick Cousins, there is a different TOI for one of his game logs than what I am seeing on multiple others sites). I'm guessing this is probably an isolated incident but it is going to be something I keep an eye on with

Since TOI is an average, if one of a players games is not being counted, that would throw his average off as well.
All figures (YTD and nightly) are pulled directly from the sportsforecaster site without any calculations being made by any of my code. When I checked this AM the Flyers/Preds game stats were not up yet. Also, none of the games from the previous night had any box scores either. I think they are still sorting out their update processes.

Cousins' games played is one of the ones that is up to date so his TOI issue is not related to that; the discrepancy is in the TOI listed for a specific game.

I think "Last Nights Game Stats" are still experiencing some sort of issue. Samsanov and Demko both played last night, but neither of them are showing for my team page as having played.
I think that both of them are showing updated season stats, but not their game from last night. Don't know if this helps pinpoint an issue or not.

the source site is still ironing out some issues. I noted over the weekend that stats were being pulled twice for each player (because the source page showed each game twice [once with live stats and once with a final denotation]). I adjusted the code to only pull the top half and then they changed the landing page and only show the stats once. I adjusted the code again to pull them all.
I believe the issues may be corrected now but please let me know if there is something that still appears wonky.

I'm still seeing the same issue as before regarding the Kiefer Sherwood bit. The game missing from his total is the very first game of the season (Oct 7), in which he tallied a goal & assist. The box score from the source site appears to be missing 3 forwards (including Sherwood) from the Predators in the stats list (even though it shows Sherwood in the scoring details). I'm assuming this is just an oversight on the source site's part that nobody has alerted them to as of yet. sportsforecaster.com/nhl/boxscore/l.nhl.com-e.20220001

Yeah, in checking why last nights stats didn't load correctly this morning for last night, at this time the source page of games is back to showing all games doubled... sportsforecaster.com/nhl/scores?date=2022-10-25They still need to fix these issues... The good thing is that even if this site never fixes the Sherwood issue, we scrape all of our year end detailed data from nhl.com to make our cards so if it is showing correctly there, all is good.
