This year, we may potentially see more than 8 players who are signed for an exorbitant amount and then traded or waived quickly.
Not realistic
'Games' the simulation
Need to fix

We talked about this earlier in the summer as I recall, but what I do know is that it was implemented that any player over $6m must be signed to a 2 year minimum deal but no where was it implemented that said player wasn't waiver eligible

there's always this... I'm also currently on the dark web with a nice young Ukrainian man as we speak. He says he's 'found' your password and is in cPanel now. Going to insert some code after he copies 'stuff'. Whatever all that means.

So the only difference between signing a player for 6 mil plus for 2 yrs instead of a one yr deal that we agreed on was not good is the penalty ? To me that’s a small price to pay to do the exact same thing we agreed was not good ..... correct ?

That being said, 8M round open tonight and the rules are what they are...

It would seem so. If an owner bid 6 million on a player and signed him for 2 years, he could waive him the 2nd year for 450k if my math is correct. It does seem like a small price to pay IF a team is in the position of win now. Obviously the higher the original bid, the higher the waiver fee.

Like I said in an earlier post I would be amenable to adjusting the penalty but that rule would need to be grandfathered in.

So Joe at least wants us to think he's coming out guns blazing...or is he trying to send us in the wrong direction?
