Future Picks
From the looks of the trade announcements, we have a new/updated rule. The rule book states "Draft picks can only be traded for the current year. As soon as the draft is complete, teams will be able to trade picks for the following year. Ex: 2013 picks cannot be traded until 2012 draft has been completed." Thus this needs to be fixed in the rule book.
600k minimum
The rule book references $500k players in a few spots, I believe. The current pro contract floor for any individual player is $600k. This one was changed years ago and is still incorrect in the rule book.
RFA
"Once the last phase has completed, owners will need to review all of their RFAs who have not been bid upon and decide to keep them (at 90% of asking price) or release them without penalty at which point they will become unrestricted free agents."
"Tier I (Drafted Players ELC) ** Can be matched by owning team if cap permits by paying the player 75% of highest offer or the players asking price whichever is higher **"
Tier I players in the past have given the owning teams 75% off asking price if no bids are received, this seems right to me but can we get this cleared up as well?
*If anyone sees anything else they know is wrong, please post here so we can work on updating these*

This is a who's who of 2018 UFAs. Might want to consider players signed for $6+ million can't be bought out after one season.

2 year minimum SIGNING, yes.
but remember folks, the 1 'waiver with penalty' is able to be used on anyone. An-e-one. It's the 'big enchalada'
Rehashed that with the Big man prior to signing Hutton.
we *do* go through this every year, cause 'rule book' or lack thereof.

I waived Alzner similarly a year or two ago. 2 year minimum signing but they can be dropped after 1, with penalty.
