I think there is a safeguard that places a [NMC] beside the players name for guys who were matched and kept as RFAs. As was mentioned earlier Bellmere on Pittsburgh is in this situation. I also know that a few years back Scott-NJ bid on Petrovic and I had a NMC on him for one year as well.
Maybe this is only on the team pages though and does not show up in the Player Movement interface that I designed. I will do some investigating.
On the flip side, I don't believe we have, or should have, any limitations on trading bridged players.
