The NHL officially set the cap at 81.5 million, up 2 million from last season. Our cap last year was 82 million, which was 2.5 million more than the NHL's 79.5 million to flesh out our larger rosters. If we stay with that overage, our cap should be 84 million for the 2019-20 season...Commish?
