Question about the Projected Team Strength Table...
Does the table account for the expected loss of UFAs (or even the ending of our RFA entry level contracts) after the current season? As amusing as it is to find my boys in Hartford ranked 18th and ahead of contenders like Cleveland (20th) and Alaska (23rd), it's hard even for me to believe I have even a slightly better outlook going into the next offseason, but I notice a lot of 2020s under the ConEnd heading for both of those teams and thought I would ask.

I would have to check the logic to be sure but I am pretty certain that it does exclude UFAs for sure. I think it does include RFA players.

Funny, I lose Hjalmarsson in the expansion draft and a day later my projected strength increases by 5 and I leap from 8th to 4th. This is one funky table....

I was talked 5th and just traded Rust, Burakovsky, McCabe, Kreider & Lazar, plus lost Gudas in expansion and only fell to 8th...

I’m starting out at 31st. Hopefully tomorrow after the trades have been processed, I’ll jump up

It might not be a great reflection, trust me, I will be closer to 28 than 8

I am guessing its related to draft assets that are being accrued, increased cap space add to last years performance of the lost players.

It might also be the fact that I have added one game to the schedule to do some testing of the engine enhancements that I am working on. Some of the lookups will hit the schedule table to get the current year to use against contracts and such.
