As I understand it:
Minimum Roster Size: 20 players dressed
Maximum Roster Size: 25 players dressed
Questions:
1. How many players can a team draft / acquire ?
2. If there is "overage" allowed....do they get assigned to the minor league team?
3. Are waives allowed ? Waiver wire ?

Waiver wire ? 50 players max per franchise. 25 can be up with the big team at anyone time. 1 waive is allowed per year where the player waived becomes a UFA and you are in the hook for the savings you would have realized over the remainder of the players contract. example, you have a player signed at 10M per year for 5 years. the adjusted yearly contract amount is 9M per year (10% savings for 5 year signing). if you decide to waive this player as your 1 waive allowed, after year 1, you will need to pay 4M against the cap the next year only to waive the player

I know we have had this conversation, but cant locate the thread... Ok, so we will all have 50 man rosters. Does this mean, we have to fit 50 players under our allotted Cap? For ex: Suffolk Has 6.43625 Mil in Cap Space as of Now, with 29 Players signed.
Do I have 21 players to sign using only this available cap monies?

Do I have 21 players to sign using only this available cap monies?Yes. Let's say you have 25 slots you need to fill. Bottom basement signings for these guys will be 100k per so you would need 2.5M for them. ** edit ** I forgot to mention, owners can choose to go with a 45 man roster in which case 5 players would be assigned to you from a random squad (these wouldn't be your property though and could not be traded)
