I have started working on the 22-23 cards. The good news for Justin is that given the work I did in harvesting JSON files for the nightly and yearly NHL stats (power rankings too) I have been able to harvest the AHL data using methods I generated in that endeavor. That means that we wont have to ask Justin to pull these stats for us as he has done for the last few years.
No cards will be released prior to the end of the current season but I have a good head start this year on creating them.
As mentioned in another thread, we will get the draft lottery scheduled here in the next few days. I am hoping we can get a good turnout for this as it will be broadcast via Twitch.

I know it's early, but do we have a general idea for when the Draft itself will occur, even if it's as vague as which month it will happen?

I would guess this will happen sometime mid July. It really will be determined by how long our postseason goes.

Unfortunately not for me as we are entertaining. I anticipate being able to run both games but wont be able to do the lottery tonight. Soon, very soon.

If someone would be as kind as to double check me prior to the 6:30 lottery this evening. Please verify that the teams are shown in descending order from worst finish to best finish. Top row gets 3 cards, 2nd row 2 and bottom row 1 card for tonight's drawing. Note, the jerseys represent the pick itself and not the team who may own the pick due to a prior trade.  |

Correct. The last row were the left over cards. I think rows 1 and 2 were placed down in order.
