DVR observations for 22/23 Playoffs

Coupla things real quick, from watching (intently) for a whole lot of games this season.
#1 We need a hard/complete definition of 'Crunch Time'.
I thought it was exactly 5 minutes left but maybe it's closer to 3 mins. I have always set my 4th line and even 3rd defense pairing at ZERO mins Crunch time but I have seen the 4th line roll out completely every single game after the 5 min left mark and at least close to the 3 min left in the 3rd mark. The 4th line over the boards was bracketed by the other lines in blue in all cases so fatigue or wind was not an issue here.
Personally, I would like to see Crunch time be exactly the 5 min left mark.
#2 Goalie Freeze / players on ice.
Every single Goalie freeze resulted in the defense changing ALL players in the defensive zone. NO players on the offense changed out regardless of wind. Many times there were yellow /orange winded players on offense that did not change out for next line/ man up players in blue.
Summary: All Defensive zone skaters changed to fresh players after goalie freeze and Offense skaters never did.
