I'm surprised there's been no communication about this with the GHL season starting tonight. We keep going forward without addressing issues which creates a pile of issues.

Not your bad. There aren't enough goalies to go around for every team to field 5. I think we were going to have teams roster 4 or 5 this year. Glenn could verify.

I'm not sure what call is available. There are not enough tenders to make all teams compliant. Therefore, there can be no compliancy in this case. Our best case would be to get each team to 4 if possible as we still have 6 teams at 3. We can not force teams to trade away goalies unless they are over the cap of 5 but if teams with at least 5 have goalies they are willing to dump, we may be able to coordinate trades with teams that have only 3. That is currently the only solution I see available to us.

like I said before, I'm willing to give my last goalie selection, Junca, Julian G, to a team with 3 goalies, I really don't care about compensation..

Scott, that's my question...What's the call? Are we going to drop down to 4 goalies per team this year to accommodate the other teams? Or, is there another plan?

This year, and perhaps moving forward as well, franchises goalie counts will be 4 minimum and 5 maximum.
That being said, I have sent a note to Dan (Toronto) and Owen (Moncton) regarding Toronto trading a goalie to one of the league run teams or new guy team to get to 5 before any further goalies could be swapped.
