I could be having a brain fart, and there isn't much to fart out...But how is Moncton(8 Pts) ahead of Phila(11 pts) and Suffolk(10 pts) in the Campbell Conference right now?
I know why Quebec is ahead of Cornwall...Am I missing something?

I don’t think that matters Scott. I think that only for Division leaders, after the division leaders everyone else is ranked by team points(tie breaker rules if necessary).

Unless there is a tie in points in which tie breakers are used, it reflects current playoff teams.
