With all the history aspects touched on at different times this season (like player stats against certain clubs, etc.) is there any place already existing where player card history can be found? If not is that something that would be a possibility? I feel like this could be useful in gauging an idea for what a player's card might look like in future seasons (therefore giving an owner an additional insight on how valuable a player might be and whether to be open to moving him or not). If nothing else it would be nice to have a history showing a player's card trends from season to season, even with the change in numbering this season.

Each player's cards from every season can be found on that players current card, there is a pull down tab that lets you see every card he's had.

Fire up that card generator baby, the AHL regular season is over! Is there a way to get a list of draftable players before cards are out for research. I had no time last summer and ended up trading all picks but my first, I'd like to get a jump on it if possible this year.

Too late for this now, but I identify guys throughout the year and build a list as I see guys that will be eligible. Beyond that, I'm not sure Glenn would have a way to make it easy before the cards are actually generated

Should have more time this summer to research tho for sure.

Dane if you need more time I got some later rounds picks I trade you for the early ones. That should give you some time to scout.

Glenn, would it be possible to put a list of draft eligible players out there?

That will be one of the first things I shoot for but before that can be done all of the players need to be loaded and contracts tied to owned players. This proves tricky sometime as the contract will be either NHL/AHL and card could the other. This is a few weeks away yet.

What you guys want Glenn to do your draft for you also. He has enough to do. Do your own homework.

I think they are looking for a comprehensive list of draftable players (not owned already by someone). This will allow them to do their homework on the players on the list.

Still part of doing the homework. A pull down tab when cards are done should be good enough.

The absolute best thing I can tell you all about scoring is what has already been said. Everyone should have a good list already, we all watch hockey, probably read magazines, start compiling yourself a list during the season of guys who will be available in our upcoming draft. This saves work at the end of the season and eliminates the worry of who is available. This is not bragging on any front but my scouting report for the upcoming draft is already complete because this is how I approach it every year. Before you ask, no, no inside info will be released, which is what Scott eluded to by putting in the work. Your scouts will thank you.
