1. End of RFA phase
2. Reconcile Waivers, Drops, 'on books with no card', RFA's not being tendered a contract (go to UFA status immediately), Retain overseas and retain injury (entire NHL season) both for 100K.
3. Determine which minor league players will be offered contracts. *Note if a minor league player played one (01) game in the GHL, they must be signed to a major league - 600K contract or released (go to UFA status immediately).
4. Provide 1/2 year Franchise points to all teams.
5. Begin UFA phase.
6. End of UFA phase.
7. One(01) player from each team eligible for LTIR (Fortitude must be 2 or 1) from this point until end of season (playoffs?).
