I believe Glenn has already point out that we shouldn't expect the draft to kick off until around July 10th... before the draft is the 'GM sign up and Acquisition' phase. i.e pay yearly dues and see what teams we have coming back and what teams are open. |

I will get a note out to the teams that owe their dues for the upcoming season. I think about 1/2 the guys are already paid up already as many prepaid to get early access to their draft picks.
