that glenn is BS, although I have made my deal. You have stated over and over that training wheels are OFF the new guys...The LTIR is a good rule but the way its being implemented just plain SUCKS and is CONFUSING. We all constantly bitch and moan about making this league just like the NHL and I have stated we could never actual mirror something real when this is fake. This all being said the LTIR needs to be reformed. FA ends and before the season starts you put your one player on LTIR...done and done nuff said...

We have got to make things almost identical to the NHL...it's apparent. Dates, times, rules, procedure, draft,compensation...everything we possibly can.
not only does it make for a good and proper sim -true hockey, but just as importantly, it will be the ULTIMATE fall-back on the rules. No excuses then. Want to know how something works ? I'll tell ya how it works...it works THE SAME as the NHL.
Can't get any better than that.

You need to determine what you are upset about. Is it the fact that you are being forced to comply to the letter of the law and 2 new guys aren't? Even if the new guys were not given any assistance here you would still need to get under the cap meaning you would still have to move a Komisarek or someone like him. I will go out on a limb and say Komi will not have a 30-40 card next year. In fact, I will wager you 5 franchise points that his card isn't that good. |

NO THANKS, there should certain positions held in this league to help Glenn out. If we are going to start appointing them then a list a of names shall be made public. Since at this time we do not have such apointments it is incumbent upon league owners to conduct and comply with their checks and balances.
