Make no mistake I will accept the league's decision was just inquiring. I was unaware till I read wikipedia which obviously is not gospel> I just wanted to hear a ruling from Glenn as it appeared to me that he was signed to play in europe and an injury ended his career
No worries either way. It is not a huge contract and I can deal a 5th if someone wants to waive him for me. I have a question about that though. How would that work as a deal? I trade him and a 5th for ?? nothing? If I have to take a player back then it defeats the reason to do this. To lose a contract.

Those guys are carded RFA's. You may want to see if anyone makes a bid on them beofre announcing you are going to drop them. Dropping of carded RFAs happens at the very end of the RFA process. If they are not bid on and dropped, they become UFAs.
