Once these are ready they all will be released. I am ahead of schedule from previous years and depending on how busy/crazy work gets, the whole enchilada may be out there by next weekend.

Care to tease us with a preview before the whole enchilada?

Cards are almost completed now. In the past, I had rushed these out there quickly so people could see them but I am trying to make them as accurate as possible before dropping them out there for all to see. Also the switch to the 100 based rating systems and the associated table changes have taken a good chunk of time as well. Barring any catastrophes, I am expecting all cards to be available this weekend.
One other change of note is that there are new off/def/neut sub categories. These have been reduced in number from 6/6/7 to 5/5/5 respectively. These still will be based on a 1-10 rating scale.

All of the cards have been loaded however I need to modify the web code to handle the new fields. I am still on track to have this done and the cards available by the end of the weekend.
I have been heads down on this all day so please someone tell me that the Flyers continued their good drafting into today as well!

They drafted all forwards and goalies. Traded Grossmann and Pronger to Arizona for Gagner and a conditional pick. They're going to buy out Gagner and retained $500k on Grossmann.

Wow these cards are brutal. Voracek isn't even top 20 offense in the league when he was probably top 5 in points and top 10 I in ppg. Half my team has worse card than Setoguchi who played played 12 games with 0 points. Mark Stone has a better offense? I would pay money to find an NHL GM who would take mark stone over voracek offense wise. Just my opinion, and I don't want you to change anything... I'm way past the point of caring. Just my input, figured I would be the bad guy.

Voracek's card is awesome, a 93 offense and you're complaining about that? You do realize that's comparable to around a 46 on the old cards? That's pretty fair for a guy who averaged over 18 minutes a game!

Time on ice has a huge effect on offensive scores, don't forget that.

Yes. In previous years the highest card we had was 56 out 60 (Crosby). Now there are a number of people (Even Voracek) that would a lot higher than that. I was under the assumption that cards would be the same and they would just be displayed differently. That's clearly not the case. Voracek may have a decent card but that doesn't change what I said. A lot more was changed then just turning the 60 into a 100 and I think it destroyed the cards. Voracek isn't a top 5 forward this year? Stamkos is an 89 when he is one of the best forwards in the league? A guy who played 12 games and didn't get a point is better than some of the best 2nd/3rd line players in the league? I'm not complaining because I really don't care. I'm fine going into the season with the team I have. Just saying what I see. I can promise you this - if cards were run how they were in the past, everything would be a lot different. A lot more changed than we were told. Jaden Schwartz one of the best forwards in the league haha? Let me get some of what you're smoking. Looking back at last year I would say we had a pretty good display of how players were overall. This year, not even close.

I agree that on the surface, your correct in saying that Schwatz isn't the player that Voracek is but you are failing to realize the importance of stamina. If you actually think that Voracek isn't a top six player then I must honestly point out that I'm afraid that you don't have a good understanding of the player cards.

Voracek is definitely a top 6 forward on a team. However, he's not one of the top 6 forwards in the league (based on the cards). If you don't agree with that, then I think you're the one that doesn't have an understanding of cards.

I'm just pointing out that the face value of the player cards is by no means the value of that card, I think Voracek's card holds way more value than you realize and with the minutes he plays, there is no way you should expect him to be much higher than he is.

He was a top 10 (at worst) forward in the NHL, he should be that in our league as well. You're also completely disregarding what I said about Stamkos and Setoguchi as well. I would love to hear your argument why Setoguchi is a better card (77) is better than half my team (Soderberg, Ennis, Boedker, Beleskey, etc). There's really no point in arguing about this. I really don't care haha. I'm just pointing out facts.

Is there a reason not all our players are showing on our team pages?
