NHL does not have to be on LTIR before season, they can actually do that but in your example, if stammer came back, they'd have to clear cap to put him back on the roster but we don't have a waiver system so we can't really mimic this

Bumping this thread. Not sure of the timeline of buyouts in the scheme of things with bridges and RFA, but I can't get rid of Mitchell soon enough.

Fixed this for you..
Aces:
Moser - Overseas. Retain rights for 100K
Washington:
Kopecky - Overseas. You don't mention retaining his rights, but as a conscientious owner and for 100K, I certainly would.
Roy - Overseas. Retain for 100k ?
Resign UFA's ? - Hope and Pray

Phil if u want to take over running Washington go right ahead .... Kop and Roy are 6.2 m in cap money amnesty one and taking the cap hit for the other to free up money for a organization that u want to entice someone to take over is important to me I've drafted well for them the last two years so then having a playoff team and over 15 m to spend when a new Gm takes them over should be a home run

No action required for the minor league players, you can opt to drop them freely when we opt whether or not to give these guys their raises or contacts as we see fit.
