The Blazers announced they will be releasing Pascal Dupuis without penalty.
Zach Boychuk played for Sibir Novosibirsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) in Russia--the Blazers will retain for 100K.
Roman Will played for HC Bílí Tygři Liberec of the Czech Extraliga (ELH) and willbe retained for 100K.
Commissioners note: Pascal Dupuis retired. Retired players are not dropped without penalty, they need to be waived.
Commissioners note 2: I just checked and THN is showing him as a UFA. Because he didn't play last year because of injury, and he didn't retire, he can be dropped without penalty.
