Ok no big deal he only counts for 100k against my cap. There shouldn't be a cap hit for him as He was overseas last year in the KHL.

Right. If you wanted to retain his rights he would still cost you 100k. If dropped it would have been free

Now that the transactions have been rolled back to the draft is it possible to drop Tikhonov? Or do I need to stage another cyber attack on our server to get it restored further back?
