Speaking of which, will the new waiver rules being discussed be announced before UFA begins? I think if we're going to change how much a buy out will cost, it should be hashed out prior to the money being spent

Sorry, you can't retain minor league signings if they don't play, that's the inherent risk of not signing a player to a contract
