Agree with above post, after 4 games off, goalie should definitely refresh at least one level.
Is there any way you can rearrange the icons in the OP, as blue should be above yellow in the color chart due to being a healthier status?

That makes sense to me. Even if a goalie plays a lot...if the team has a four or five day break between games he should be refreshed. Hmmm, I just had a four day lay off, and my goalie status did not replenish....I would think that this rest period would help to improve his "status". Several factors are taken into account including days since last start however the lesser of all statuses is used when determining a goalies final status. The reason a goalie is not refreshed after 4-5 days off automatically is that a backup goalie in the NHL who plays 10 games would be able to play 40 games int he FHL if you gave them 4-5 days off between starts. Total games played over the past 30 and 60 days are taken into account as well so that backup goalies with great stats are not over used.

Just read this thread as Vokoun has not replenished even though he has not played since the 21st but I am good with that after reading Glenn's explanation. Is there any way Ian's chart can replace the original chart posted as his colors are in order, not a big deal, but I have a touch of OCD from time to time and that struck a nerve when I looked at it again

Goalies are not recovering between playoff games.....they should really go from yellow to blue...and blue to green with only a day or two rest.

The goalie use has not been tinkered with at all. It was implemented with the regular season in mind where long layoffs between games may not have been considered as you don't see them, generally, there.
I will review the goalie status logic to see if any tweaks are needed for the post season especially when a team has a long layoff.

I'm seeing a couple Goalies with a Stamina of "1".
I hope that's just a mistake. I don't think there should be ANY FHL catagory of 1 - unless that player is supremely deficient in an area of hockey skill.
Last year Matt Carle had a shooting % of "0" and that's just ridiculous unless it's an AHL life time goon ect.

hmm...the more I'm digging into goalie stats NHL into FHL....the more I see extrapolated stats that are high, IMO...for guys with only a few NHL games played.
I'll table my previous observation / issue for now in light of that..

I see goalie work done. The hood was up on the engine. I fixed the fatigue levels the other day as they were not populating. No changes were done to the logic however I needed to point some of the queries to the new player tables we are using this year. I also made a visual change to how the goalie statuses are displayed. I created some icons from scratch and they are as follows: - Goalie is fresh and ready to rock out with his cock out. These goalies can give you a little extra in a game when they are this fresh - Goalie is not fresh but he is still good to go. these goalies are pretty much (with some minor exception) you see what you get. - These goalies are starting to wear down a little and could use a break. You will not get their best performance until back into green or higher. - These goalies are very tired and need a break. performance will definitely suffer significantly when an orange goalie is used. - These goalies are flat out telling you to play the other guy. If forced to play, serious performance issues will be evident. It is important to note that the minuses and pluses associated with these buttons are related to levels of freshness and not numbers added or subtracted from the goalie stats. Also, if the buttons look like they always did before, hit the F5 (refresh button) to reload the page. This is sometimes needed because images are often cached in your web browser.

Like that...new icons ect.
but....
let's have another gander at the code. May I submit...
Stamina of:
1 - can literally only play one game before dropping in categories
2 - 2 games in a row " "
3- 3 games " "
4- 4
5 - 5
6- 6
7-6...but recovers quickly
8-6...recovers quicker
9-6...recovers much quicker
