Is there a lottery percentage list somewhere since we’re doing our own again this season that includes the expansion team? Also are the rules about not dropping more than 2 places going to be in effect?

In another thread, it was discussed just drawing the top 2 spots or drawing all 16. Which was decided upon?

Sorry Brenden, somehow I missed your question earlier in the thread.
We will be doing the same thing we did last year and drawing all 16 spots. I lamented to Baltimore at work that some of the lower placing teams can really get screwed this way but I have been saying all along we will pick all 16 so I am not going to change this late in the game. Hopefully we will never have a need to do our own again but if we do, I think I would lobby for picks 1-3 being drawn via lottery so no team could drop more than 3 spots.
That being said, the 3 lottery rows have a number of cards associated with them. Top row has 3 cards, 2nd row has 2 cards and bottom row only one card.
These are shuffled and dealt out 1-31 on the table. We start with spot 31 and reveal it. We then reveal the rest of the cards in order from 30-3. A team is not locked into position until the last card of theirs is revealed. Meaning, if a team with only 1 card is revealed in position 31, they are locked in at 16.

Reminder, draft lottery tonight at 7:00 PM EST. We will need at least 2 neutral parties, other than yours truly, to witness and determine the number of shuffles to do prior to dealing the cards.

I'm almost certain that the representative from New York will be in attendance with absolutely nothing to gain from the process as the Amerks do not hold even a 1st round pick, no less a lottery pick...yet
